Hey Jim, thanks for sharing this. Don't know if it will work but I'll give it a try right now. Actually what I usually do first thing in the morning is the complete opposite. I check my emails, twitter, facebook and have a look at what was going on while I was sleeping. So yours sounds like a interesting theory, worth giving it a try. I'll stay tuned for some more tips.

Jim - First thing in the morning I'm usually out shooting. If not shooting, then this is the only time I can fit in a fitness routine. Evenings get filled with other obligations, but I'm going to try to fit in this time mid-day for a month.

Rhoda, if shooting is your #1, then continue to do that first thing... as the core of your Power Hour. Fitting the fitness in mid-day sounds like a perfect way to adapt, and still win.

Do it for 5 days and see if you run into any problems staying 100% on track. Then either adjust (if necessary) or do another 5 days in exactly the same way.
