What price do you put on having a great team?
I don’t know about you, but surrounding myself with star players is at the top of my list of reasons I am successful.
My star players (you know who you are) are:
- Affirming and kind
- Positive
- Hard-working
- Responsible (seeing themselves at a place of Cause rather than Effect)
- Creative at problem-solving
- Fearless
They make my business and my life ROCK!
When you feel you can totally trust the people around you – that they will be self-starters and tackle every challenge with gusto, you're able to focus on what's important to you and needs your personal attention. In this way, you multiply your success many times over.
That’s all I have to say today. Think about the people that make up your team. Are they stars?
