The Color version. To me, there is something a little off in the sepia version. I think it’s the bike. It’s too modern for it to work properly. What does it look like in B&W? Also, I love the vibrant colors of the first picture.

Hi Jim, I like the color version better as well. I enjoyed looking at your bike ride photos. It reminded me of the many bike trips we took our church youth group on where we would go for 7 days at a time and ride between (avg.) 40-80 miles a day. We even did a century one day. So I could feel your pain of going uphill and headwinds...been there done that! I learned a lot on those trips!

The colour version. The sepia one looks a little flat, and the texture of the boxcar isn't enough to carry the picture, IMO. (Interesting exercise in comparison!)

I have to agree with everyone else for the reasons they've listed. Something about the sepia version just doesn't click for me.

I would like to see if you used "colorization", or some of it in color and the other part in sepia or black. Maybe the boxcar in sepia?

I agree that the sepia seems wrong with the bike. However, my first thought was if you want to emphasize the new, color, and if the old, sepia. But it still bothered me to look at the bike in what appears to be a old picture...

I like the color version way better then the sepla because the sepla looks totally wierd.
